NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Epilepsy Waikato Charitable Trust (EWCT) will be held at the Meeting Room, Trust Waikato building, 4 Little London Lane, Hamilton, on Thursday, 18th September 2025, commencing at 6.30 pm.

Proxy: Every member is entitled to attend and vote. If you are unable to attend but wish to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf, the proxy form* should be returned to the secretary at least 3 days before the meeting.
Video Link: There will be a video link for the AGM as some members are unable to attend in person. Please contact the administrator/secretary [info@ewct.org.nz] and request the link before 3pm Monday 15th September 2025.
Presentation: At the end of the meeting (during General Business) we will have a presentation from a guest presenter. This will be from Reuben Rae, an Occupational Therapy student intern with EWCT titled Occupational Therapy and Epilepsy.
Refreshments: Light refreshments will be available after the meeting. For catering purposes, please RSVP if you will be attending [info@ewct.org.nz].
